It's You Matter Monday! How many of you have hit the post holiday wall? If you did, I think this might help!

Dear Family of Love.

Happy first You Matter Monday of the Year! Yes it is true, it is YOU MATTER MONDAY!!!!!!!! YEA!!!! I don't know about you, but I have hit the post holiday wall in more ways than one! Today I went back to my Cancer Rehab training session and did my mile on the treadmill and thought I had done okay. I hadn't done okay, even though I felt fine my target heart rate was way up and my trainer decided that was all that I was going to do today. I agreed and was glad that I did. I'm sill in a battle with fatigue at 3 levels and it isn't pretty. So resting and honoring my body becomes even more critical and it is necessary to keep me stable. Honoring our bodies doesn't just include our physical selves it includes our mental and spiritual ones as well.  This year Walk With Me On Our Journey is really going to take a journey into keeping ourselves balanced with a lot of common sense and time of introspection and daily retreat time. That is where our Virtual Candlelight vigils will come into play more and more. These times will be when we will become more intentional about what we pray for and whom.  We will spend more time in prayer focusing and not a lot of words, but silent time unless they are needed. I don't need to tell you how to act and be with each other as loving members of this our family of love. I don't need to tell you to love your neighbor and enemy all the time. I don't need to remind you of all the things that I usually do, at least I hope not but I will from time to time do so for our new readers as part of a new welcome editions to our family and Walk With Me On Our Journey.

Tonight we light our candles and pray for our homeless, hungry, and ill clad family members who are in need of warmth, shelter, and nourishing food during this El Nino year.

Let us pray that we all may be well and healthy in body, mind and spirit!

God and giver of life and health return our bodies, minds, and spirits to wholeness and may we be healed of any and all illness.
May we all be well and healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

God and giver of life and health return our country and the nations of the world to the state of peace and unity so that we all may be one with you O God.
May we all be well and healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

God and giver of life and health we pray for all who are our most vulnerable family members who are homeless, hungry, and ill-clad. We pray that they may be safe from the elements tonight.
May we all be all be well and healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

God and giver of life and health we pray for all who are dying and who have died this day that they leave this world in joy, warmth, and in your loving and sustaining arms.
May we all see death as the return to our souls to the stars and Thin Places. and be truly well and healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

God and giver of life and health we pray especially for_________________________
Mat we all be well and healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

God and giver of life and health we pray and give thanks for your Love and mercy that sustains us each nano-second that we live, move, and just be.

God and give of life and health sustain and give respite to all caregivers that they may not be afflicted with great stress and illness.
May we all be well and healthy, in body, mind, and spirit.

Jesus as you are the Great and Glorious Physician we offer these our prayers in your most holy name. Amen.

Today's wishes:

My wish for you is to know that you matter and are precious gifts. I love you!

This evening's wish is that we treat all God's children with love, respect, dignity and protection from harm.

Have you told our family members that you love them today? Have I told you that I love you today?

I LOVE YOU!
