Living, Loving, praying, and walking and finding acceptance together on our journey

Dearest Family!
Happy Saint Francis Day!
I can't believe how the weather has changed since last night! Not a all nippy and would you believe not like a crisp man's shirt. Tonight was a beautiful night for a walk, prayer, and taking, photos. I couldn't settle into the right music at the start and decided that Princess Diaries the score, would be the best one due to its flow. It is  overwhelming how many of our family members have need of prayer, love, acceptance and the courage to be authentically who God created them to be. All these things require us to bathe our family members in love, loving kindness, and mercy. I could genuinely feel the pain all of your prayer requests  both said and unsaid were presenting me tonight. In this day and age we all need to be in tune with one another. I genuinely am intuitive, and I call this the humming bird channel. I seem to have a crazy knack of knowing whether or not someone is going through a lot of stuff. I could do this with Steve, I also am able to sense things with you. If I don't hear from you daily that's ok. Just know that you are being prayed for with all earnestness and I love you and support you through your life's journey as you do mine. It is time to become the human family by being united by love, acceptance, and mutual support. We need to stop erecting barriers that hurt, harm, and  make us fearful of one another. Time to drop  the obics, obias, isms, and just be who God made us to be in God's image and likeness.  Let us remember the prayer that St. Francis gave to us:

Lord, make us instruments of your peace. Where there is hatred, let us sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where
there is discord, union; where there is doubt, faith; where
there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where
there is sadness, joy. Grant that we may not so much seek to
be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is
in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we
are born to eternal life. Amen

Well loved and dear ones, that is all for this evening! I love you all very much!

Love and peace of mind!

A Nippy Night With Paul Winter's "Wintersong" and Running the Bases too!

Hello Dear Family on our journey!

A blessed and joyous evening to all of you!
Boy, it is one nippy night! I can't believe that the weather is changing like it is. Tonight's temperature felt as crisp as a man's formal dress shirt! It's the only way I can describe it! Don't ask me if it has French cuffs or not?! Tonight's prayer walk was full of energy and joy. I feel like a million dollars. I even did my monthly stamina where I run the bases at Simas Park. I can do this check without getting out of breath and what a good feeling it was. I listened to Paul Winter's "Wintersong" has a tad bit of Christmas, but for some reason that didn't bother me. Every day is a gift from God and so is Jesus. If we make everyday holy then I think it helps keep the drudgery away and our bodies, minds, and spirits in proper balance. Dedicating our days and our lives to God or our Creator is essential in honoring one another by the gifts of our presence, prayers, and  random acts of kindness. We still lifted up in prayer our country, peace of and for the world, and the human family of which we are a part of. Well my dear ones, I love you! I hope and pray that you all have a peaceful night and that you "Consider the lilies" and "Do not be anxious!" Take time to count your blessings! I'm doing just that when I write this blog to you and others this night and always.

Love and peace of  mind!

Prayer walking to John William's 'American Journey" oh and those guys from Hawthorne Too!

Dear Family!

Is it Way Back Wednesday again?  We don't do Way Back Wednesday here, because it isn't us! Today however I did remember that we need to give thanks to God for our 70+ blog post and 2028 page views! It's a marvelous accomplishment and there are more prayers to say, more blogs to write, more miles to walk, and more family members to reach and love and joy to share. We are just getting started! Lots of celebrations to come but, we all need to be in the present moment. The present moment where we need to be at prayer for our cities, counties, states, nation, and all other countries,  and the world and all the circumstances that are plaguing it and all of our family members on the planet (That's everyone!). I hope and pray that all this rancor in our nation stops. I remember after 9/11 how we as a country were united and felt like we were truly the United States. I pray for this again. We must pray earnestly for this and for peace in our hearts and in the world. It is time to sew seeds and grow fruits of love, joy, and peace. It starts here on the journey we walk together, each and every day. I love you all very much and give God Thanks for you.  I carry all of your prayer requests both said and unsaid in my heart as well as all of you my wonderful and expanding family. I will continue to pray for you and any requests you may have this night and in the early morning as well. Have a blessed, peaceful, and restful sleep this night.

Love and peace of mind!

Where did your journey take you this day?

Dearest Family,

Where did your journey take you this day? How did you feel waking up to find our government shut down? I woke up and felt unsettled and yes upset and angry! This feeling does not lend it self to being contemplative nor prayerful. I only wish that I had a batting cage to go to. Walking tonight seemed to do the trick however I had moments of sadness and flashes of righteous anger  when, I thought of our family members who all are affected. What can we do besides pray? I thought to my self. This week if you can go through your pantry and see what you can give to a food bank or barrel, see if you can go through you clothing, blankets, and other items that you aren't using and give them to an organization or shelter who needs them. We may be in this for a long haul or short one depending upon how hardened our governmental leader's hearts are. If you do not work for the government, see if your place of business could set up an area for donations for our family members who do work for the government. See what your local food bank needs and make a list and do a drive. Write or call your government officials and let them know how you feel. Be courteous, but firm. If you are involved in any area of the media at all, set up a place online for resources and help. These ideas are endless. Don't forget to check on your neighbors! They are family members too. Other ideas please post in the comment section of this blog. Keep praying and walking with me on our journey! I love you all very much and you are in my heart and prayers!

Love and peace of mind!
