A Sunny and warm evening with lots of energy and Handel for good measure!
Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on our Journey,
What a wonderful evening! Here is a photo teaser!
When I was walking I felt so much energy that I almost wanted to go back to the old route but, I decided to stay close enough to get home. I chose Handel's Coronation Anthem's performed by The Sixteen. Wonderful music and I burst out into song with the music that I almost forgot to pray. That's Okay because after all St. Augustine of Hippo once said "He who sings prays twice!" Remember that praying comes in all forms and places. We all need to find where our praying place is. I'm finding many places where praying comes naturally. I invite all of you to begin while we are still in Lent to begin a time of becoming reacquainted with praying wherever you are and start your Spring prayer walking pilgrimage. To begin, all you need is to take the first step. During Holy Week we will be doing an outdoor version of the Stations of the Cross using parts of our route to make up these stations. Please stay tuned!
