Good Evening Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on our Journey,
I hop everyone has had a good day and that you have had a few a ha moments that you can put in your tool box when you need to. Today I want us to meditate and make vigil using our hashtag them #HumanRightsandPeaceVigil. We must pray for all of God's children especially during this time of great turmoil and dis-ease. Human rights go along solidly with our Baptismal Covenant and just plain decency, dignity, respect, kindness etc. We cannot deprive anyone of human rights because God wants us to treat each one of our family members with love and mercy. I'm reminded yet again and especially with all that has been happening in our national news and how God's children are being treated. Tonight I would like us to meditate upon passages from the prophet Micah. We will be using contemporary versions of the Bible- The Message , The Voice, and NRSV
