Let us prepare our hearts, minds, and spirits for worship as we spend a time of restoration and renewal. This is important in order to carry out the work God has called and is calling us to do. So let us prepare our place of prayer and meditation, light our candles and or turn on our porch lights and begin with the Daily Examen:
This is a version of the five-step Daily Examen that St. Ignatius practiced.
1. Become aware of God’s presence.
This is the time when we become aware of our breathing and grounding ourselves. Let us use the "Peace be stills".
