Good Morning, Afternoon, and Evening Beloved Ones!
Happy Metta Monday on the land of the Chumash. A week ago Sunday was the last time we had a blog on tap. The reason? I had numerous meetings via Zoom and organizational tasks in preparation for the Western Convening of the Poor Peoples Campaign. It was difficult to find time to be with you and give you all my full attention. That being said we are here today where we left off last Monday with lessons that meet our souls and needs! Lovingkindness (Metta) Prayer
May "all beings" be happy, healthy and whole.
May they have love, warmth and affection.

May that peace expand into their world and throughout the entire universe.
This prayer is traditionally done for successively wider circles of caring, with “all beings”replaced appropriately. The first round would be for yourself, then those closest to you, then those who you feel neutral toward, then those with whom you have difficulties, and continuing outward until it includes all beings.

Loving God, we thank you for the gift of life in all its diversity and beauty. Fourth: Look at that list and take them off the table and place them in our Worry/ Sabbath Box.
Pray, Look, at yourself , do you see God in your own eyes? Let Go, and be free to look with love and be with our family members.
Fifth: Keep repeating all the prior steps until all we do are steps one and two and remember to Love God, Neighbor/ Family Member and ourselves.

Pray for the nation
Almighty God, who hast given us this good land for our heritage: We
humbly beseech thee that we may always prove ourselves a people

violence, discord, and confusion; from pride and arrogance, and from
every evil way. Defend our liberties, and fashion into one united people

with the spirit of wisdom those to whom in thy Name we entrust the
authority of government, that there may be justice and peace at home,
