Happy Take Care Tuesday! As we continue to do the deep dive into the Ignatian Examen we will take time to begin with Sep 1 and then spend time in journaling and reflecting on Step 2. Those are for today! Tomorrow we will add Step 3.
This is a version of the five-step Daily Examen that St. Ignatius practiced.
1. Become aware of God’s presence.
This is the time when we become aware of our breathing and grounding ourselves. Let us use the "Peace be stills".

We pray for a world renewed by peace, love, mercy, and clean water and a healthy environment. We pray for all of us who are brokenhearted and who need to have our wounds dressed and tenderly cared for. We pray that we may be the shoulders to lean upon and cry and the soft place in which to fall and feel safe. Give us the courage to be this place even to the least of these, our enemies, and those who hate us.
