Good Evening Beloved Ones!
Happy First Friday of November on the ancestral land of the Chumash. I know it has been almost a week since we were together. Beginning on Sunday on All Hallows Eve until yesterday I had a whole slew of events on Zoom and in person. It isn't always easy to find time to write and center in on our daily meditation. Today we will meditate and prepare to enter our weekend retreat and vigil time. Our gospel reading focuses in on the Feeding of the 5,000. This is a good reminder that we all need to begin preparing ourselves for a season of giving. We need to give to people and organizations that help low wealth people and yes even to our animal shelters. Next week we will mention one particular organization each day. So let us begin and meditate upon the word feeding by pondering the following quoates..

Lovingkindness (Metta) Prayer
May "all beings" be happy, healthy and whole.
May they have love, warmth and affection.

The Return to Jerusalem
