Good Evening Beloved Community!
I hope all is well. Today I have been resting and healing from my injuries and have decided not to do too much walking. God was telling me to honor what my body is telling me to do today. Not easy since I have been walking like gang busters every day since Maundy Thursday which was on March 29, 2018. This weekend we continue mapping our mission in life by searching our hearts for further instructions from God. This means we stop and listen in silence. Take time for our own time of sanctuary, Sabbath, and Self-Care. God has quite a bit of work for us to do in the vineyard and that means we need to listen and then do. With all that has been happening this season we need to do this carefully with spiritual stamina along with many ounces of courage and passion. Our CALM principles are needed now more than ever along with speaking truth to power fearlessly. Tonight we set the stage for this time of quiet reflection. Not a lot of busy work but prayer, meditation, reflection in our sacred circle of love and healing.
God is Spirit, and those who worship must worship in spirit and in truth. John 4:24

It is time for our nightly Virtual Candlelight Prayer Vigil!
Let's light our candles and be at prayer. This night let us pray that we may put God's commandments to love God, one another, ourselves, and our enemies into action. We pray for the needs of this fragile and broken world. We pray for conservation of God's Cathedral of Life that sustains all living things. We pray that we may endeavor to be and bring the light and love to this troubled nation and world and continue to to pray and wisely consider the words of the prophet Micah:
He has told you, O mortal, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?
