I hope all is well. with everyone! This is the time of the year when we go caroling, do Sing A Long Messiahs and join our #voices in song. This is also the time where we must use our #Voices to cry out for the most vulnerable and the injustices in this world. Advent is a time for prophets, sages, and people to speak out for the conservation of God's creation and human rights for all. John the Baptist was the #Voice Crying in the Wilderness! I believe we as people of faith must do the same thing in the wilderness and out of the wilderness. How have you used your #Voice today? Was your #Voice silent? A Smudging Prayer
Creator, our Father in heaven, we come to you as your children. We confess that we are weak and broken images of you. We pray for the forgiveness and healing you give in Jesus Christ.
