Good Evening Dear Ones!
It is Friday and that means we are returning to our retreat weekend format and inner reflecting. Our lessons today come from The Common of Saints 2: For Reconciliation and Forgiveness. We must take time to begin healing our relationships and learn again what it means to be civil towards one another. These tasks won't be easy but is all about loving God, our neighbors, enemies,and ourselves. This weekend we are on journal detail and that means writing a list of the people we have been at enmity with. This is just a start. After we have compiled our list let us pray for 2 people at a time.Those are the two for this weekend then we add 2 more at a time. When we have completed praying for the entire list we slowly will begin to reach out to them. No reaching out on Social Media platforms. A thinking of you card will do. During this time we need to engage in the CALM principles:

We will begin our time tonight with A Prayer attributed to St. Francis
Lord, make us instruments of your peace. Where there ishatred, let us sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where
there is discord, union; where there is doubt, faith; where
there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where
there is sadness, joy. Grant that we may not so much seek to
