Happy Wonderful and Wonder-filled Wednesday! Did you take time to breathe fresh air today?

Good Evening Dear Family!

I hope everyone has been earnest about sharing God's love with everyone you meet. This is what we we are called to do and also we have our suggested tasks designated for Wednesdays and any other day that you feel like going outside. Here is a friendly reminder of what you can do to find wonder and make your days more holy and life giving.

Wednesday : Wonderful and Wonder-Filled Wednesday.
This day is to get ourselves out into God's Cathedral of Life and seek out the wonder and mystery of creation, the environment.
Take your children and grand children to the park, beach, or zoo to see these places of wonder and amazement. Hint you can take yourselves there by yourselves too. If your soul and mind likes art, music, and theater these can be places of wonder too.
Go outside and breathe and pray. Prayer walking can help you find wonder too.

Let's take time to go outside by listening to nature sounds and meditating on the "Be stills"

Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know.
Be still.
Be.

Time to listen and be at peace!

May God's compassion, acceptance, love and mercy shine like the light through us and may our hears become peaceful like doves.

Pachelbel in the Garden

God grant us this night as we light our candles and make vigil for the peace and love of the world to see the wondrous creation you made and called it "Good" May we always walk with you each and everyday in the Garden at the time of the evening breeze and feel your ever enlivening presence. We pray this night for all of our brothers and sisters who have been affected by wild fire, flood, and earthquake. We pray for all those involved in rescue, recovery, and who respond to all kinds of disasters. We pray that as we light our candles we may ever grow deeper in relationship with You O God and each other. We pray for all those whom you have called to our minds and hearts at this present moment__________________. We pray that we may continue to try to be your compassionate, accepting, loving, and merciful peacemaking children to each other and this fragile and broken world.  We remember the words of St. Francis this day:

Lord, make us instruments of your peace. Where there is
hatred, let us sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where
there is discord, union; where there is doubt, faith; where
there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where
there is sadness, joy. Grant that we may not so much seek to
be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is
in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we
are born to eternal life. Amen.

The Light of Christ in Me Recognizes the Light of Christ in You! Amen.

O God of Wonder Let us Light a candle and be at prayer for the peace and reconciliation of the world.

Good Night Dear Ones! I love you. May you have a night full of rest and may you find times of wonder and joy tomorrow on Being Thoughtful and Thankful Thursday!

Here is your retreat info for tomorrow:

Thursday: Being Thoughtful and Thankful Thursday.
This day is all about mindful intentionality and gratitude. Putting on our attitudes of gratitude and random acts of kindness. Remember these are daily acts too. Think of  Maundy Thursday, Thanksgiving day, and Ascension Day. 3 key holy days that are celebrated on Thursdays.
Do something radical in the Love Energy department.

Begin to prepare for the weekend by unwinding and de-stressing!

I give God Thanks for you this night and always!

With love and peace,

Sara
