Welcome to Day 2 our online retread and prayer vigil weekend. This weekend we will continue spend time together in prayer and meditation for unity and peace among all the peoples. Our vigils will continue tonight and carry on through Monday Evening.
Here is this weekend's schedule:

We will do our Worry Free/ Sabbath - Box, Jar and Journal work to lay down all the yuckys of life and allow our souls to be freely at rest.

Get rest, unplug, and seek to be in the presence of God.

Take time for outside prayer walking and meditation.
Journey deeper into what the ponderings and scripture readings below are saying to you and calling you to do.
Rest, relax, and renew. Drink from the living waters that are coursing through your veins.
In the evening light a candle or turn on your porch light to make vigil.
Prayerfully prioritize your day of Sabbath on Sunday.

Breathing Exercises with Thich Nhat Hanh

A Smudging Prayer
Creator, our Father in heaven, we come to you as your children. We confess that we are weak and broken images of you. We pray for the forgiveness and healing you give in Jesus Christ. May his Spirit clean our spirits, minds, hearts, and bodies. We pray that your Holy Spirit will help us to worship in spirit and truth. Patrick (389-461) was a Briton and a former slave in Ireland. He became the ‘Apostle to Ireland’, travelling widely, evangelizing tirelessly and organizing churches and monasteries.
