Good Evening Dear Ones!
I hope and pray that all is well. I am doing much better and know my limits. Today I spent 2 1/2 hours out of the house and rested this afternoon. God has me on a short leash which is good. Tonight we remember in our lessons DORCAS (TABITHA) OF JOPPA along with ponderings from Mahalia Jackson and Elizabeth Cady Stanton. We continue to make vigil and continue our Season of Prayer for An Election. Our prayers, feet, and voices are needed now more than ever. Take time each day to do some kind of concrete action for the good of all. That could mean many things to you. My main piece of advice to you this day is this, Fear Not and Love everyone! Remember who our neighbors are! So dear ones,let us begin!

The pure in heart shall see God. The seeing of Him will be the sign that we are like Him, for only by being like Him can we see Him as He is. Thursday – The Ebba Compline
Ebba was the sister of Oswald and Oswy, who were both kings of Northumbria. She was consecrated a nun by Aidan and founded the ‘double’ (i.e. there were both men and women there) monastery at Coldingham, situated on St Abbs’s Head (which was subsequently named after her). Ebba died in the year 683. Bede described her as a ‘pious woman and a handmaid of Christ.’
