Be it further resolved that all caregivers are God's hands and feet in this world we offer our special prayers and thanksgivings this day in honor and love for them.
Gracious and loving God we pray and give thanks for all caregivers who are caring for others and our animal family members.
We pray that all caregivers may receive respite and have the courage to take time to care for themselves.
We pray that all of us who have been caregivers may be a source of comfort for those who continue to struggle and care for their loved ones.
We pray for all those who do not have proper access to caregivers and services.
We pray that as peacemakers we my also find ourselves being caregivers to this fragile and broken world with our loving touches, warm embraces, kind words, and valiant deeds.
We pray for all caregivers and our family members who are ill may they be healed and restored to health.
We pray that all family members will step up and share the load of being a care giver when their sibling or family member needs to rest from being the primary caregiver.
We pray for all who are seeking the right caregiving agency that they may find the one that meets their needs.
We pray for the many caregiver support groups that they may find common ground and comfort.
We now pray for ourselves and on behalf of our family members who have come to us in prayer remembering especially________________
We lift up these our prayers in the name of Jesus who modeled for us caregiving in the Parable of the Good Samaritan. Amen.
