Let's get our Love Energy on and Show the world what being a part of the Jesus and Love Movement is all about.

Dear Family of  Love!

Happy Self-Care and Sabbath Rest Weekend! We are given an extra day on Monday so we have more time to relax, refresh, and renew. Tonight our Keyword is Love Energy and that is the secret sauce that God has given us to carry out into the world on a daily basis. Our heart homes must be the power station and manufacturer of this Love Energy. What does Love Energy look like? It looks a whole lot like light and shimmering candles that bring us out of darkness. This light is like none other it is the light that Jesus brought with Him when he came down from Heaven. God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit were the first creators of Love Energy. We must be light  and be love to all and yes even those who stole my money out of my bank account. It is difficult I know but you'd be surprised how really calm I am at this present moment. I cannot be any other way or I will be sick. So dear ones let us harness the Love Energy that God has given us to make a difference to this fragile and broken world. Let's Get our Love Energy on and show the world what being a part of the Jesus and Love Movement is all about. It only takes a heart filled with Love Energy, soul that has the depths of CALM (Compassion, Acceptance, Love, and Mercy), and a Spirit that Shines the light of Christ to the world and all of our family members.

A reminder of this energy can be found in these pieces of music:

Light of the World -Godspell

This Little Light of Mine- Gospel version

Journaling our Journey Assignments:

How did things go with your taking on and laying things down today?

When do you feel the Love Energy God Gives you the most?

Tonight we will prepare for worship by taking a brief time of  meditating on Love Energy by taking a journey into our Heart Homes.

Let us prepare ourselves by doing our "Be Stills"

Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know.
Be still.
Be.

Slowly inhale.
Hold.
Slowly exhale

Pause. Count to 10.

Repeat 4 times!

Now sit quietly and reflect up the day past and enjoy your visit with God. Open wide your heart homes and feel God filling you up with Love Energy.

Just a reminder our homework for tomorrow is worship

Dear Ones as we enter into our Virtual Candlelight Prayer Vigils let us quiet our bodies, minds, and spirits. Let us Light Our Candles and Be at prayer. We pray for our family members who have resorted to a life of crime and gang violence. We pray for all the law enforcement officers and first responders who keep us safe. We pray that your holy protection may encircle of all our family members around the world. We pray for peace in the world and that we may be peacemakers and show God's Light and Love Energy to the World. Help us to remember "The Light of Christ in Me recognizes the Light of Christ in you!'

Let us be at prayer:

Let us now pray as the transformed and loving family of God.

God transform our lives each day so that we may do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with You.

God transform our souls that we may accept your call to serve and follow you. May we feel the Holy Spirit's power transforming us and guiding us to be the loving the family that we are called  to be.

God transform the world where peace and justice reign and so that we may all live in peace and harmony with us.

God transform the lives of the least of these so that they may feel your  love and that their lives may be transformed and made whole.

God transform all of our family members who are driven to hate and commit violence.

God transform all of us to be accepting, loving, non-judging, and giving as we walk every day on life's journey.

God Continue to transform our lives as we approach Lent. May we see this as a time for deeper transformation and self-care of our bodies, minds, and spirits.
