Nourishing bodies, minds, and spirits is very important for daily living!

Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on Our Life's Journey Together!

You have probably have wondered why this is a tad bit late. When Steve and I were together and he had his cancer treatment we'd always go out to a different place for dinner and celebrate the end of each cycle of chemo. I'm doing the same thing. Tonight I had dinner at The Central City Market and had the Spa Catch with albacore. I'm having to work on eating more protein and being hydrated. This is never more true than when one has a 5FU pump taken down. That is my story and I'm sticking to it. How is everyone doing with being nourished in body, mind, and spirit? I hope you all have been taking time to do develop good habits of nourishing your bodies, minds, and spirits! It is very import for daily living. Part of this nourishment comes from our time of prayer and reflection when we nourish and feed our spiritual selves. I invite each of you to once again to take time for our prayer and reflection at the center. Tonight set your timer for about 10:00 to 15 minutes and listen to these pieces of music and reflect on today and let what ever is troubling you. Let it go! Refresh, relax, and renew your spirit. Feel and listen to the breeze in this music. Invite God in feel God's presence filling and enlivening your spirit from head to toe.
