Tonight it was the Whole Holy 3 on #WisdomWednesday All this much more!

Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on Our Life's Journey

Welcome to Wednesday ! This morning I attended our parish's Holy Eucharist and Healing service and when it came time for prayers and anointing I added all of you who are part of this wonderful cyber ministry. I always like to bring all of you into their midst. You all are important to me and bringing you in to the service connects us more fully. Today was also a day of bittersweet memories when I had to do a few projects relating to wrapping things up for Dad's estate. One of them being was when I visited the Country Club and boy that brought me to tears. I hadn't been out in awhile and all sorts of memories flooded back. I remember as a youngster that Mom and Dad and I would go out to the golf course and play. I remember the smell of the ball washing liquid, the smells of eucalyptus, and the cool breezes and warm sun.  It was nice to be back on the prayer walking trail tonight and feel the warm sun too along with the crispiness of the weather change when the fog rolled in. Walking helps the grieving process and any time there is some kind of stress in our lives. Adding prayer walking to the mix helps even more.  So tonight let's take a virtual prayer walk with a few of the photos and pray!

Dear God we ask you along on our prayer walking pilgrimage tonight help us to be fixed on you and feel your Spirit guiding us as we pray and walk.

May our steps be quickened, and our spirits be enlivened to pray for those who have asked us to pray for them;

May we feel the warmth of your love as the sun that warms our faces and  bodies as we walk.

We give you thanks for your beautiful creation and that we always may find something new in your world to give thanks and pray for.
We pray that we may be courageous and speak truth to power and have the strength of tall trees that will guide us to be servants and  peacemakers in the world.
We pray for all who work during the evening hours and for safety in the work places.
We pray for all who are seeking well paying employment and new life paths
We pray for all pilgrims who are walking sacred paths to sacred sites in the world and for their safety.
We pray that we may always reflect you in all that we do or say. May we reflect the light of Christ in You as you reflect the light of Christ in Us.
Let us stop, look, and listen and reflect upon this day.
We offer prayers for ourselves and on behalf of others remembering especially_______________________
We remember all those who are dying and those who have died and entered the Thin Places especially____________

We give thanks to you O God for our many blessings and especially for  this day______________
May we always have an attitude of gratitude.
We thank you for the smell of flowers and all that is found in you Cathedral of Life
God may we lay down our burdens, worries, and all that draw us away from You and in the service of others.
We remember this day all of our fragile family members who are ill and dealing with chronic and mental illnesses.
We pray for all women, children and those who are easily subject to abuse and bullying. We pray especially for the vulnerable.
We pray that all of us may rest and and be renewed in Christ as we rest tonight.
We pray for the person who forgot this bag of vegetables on the bus bench. We pray for all of our family members who are homeless and need shelter that is safe and that there may be varieties of shelters to meet their needs and help us to realize that one size doesn't fit all.

We pray for all those who travel for their safety as they drive or take the many forms of transportation.
We pray for peace in the world and an end to all the violence, abuse, human rights violations around the world.  We pray that we may do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with you O,God.
We pray for all other concerns that are weighing heaving upon our minds and hearts remembering especially_____________
We Offer these our prayers to you O God and in the Name of your Son Jesus. Amen.
