Dear Family of Love,
Happy Self-Care Saturday! I attempted to do a prayer walk live on FB tonight but it kind of fizzled when the battery went low. We will try it again tomorrow. Tonight we are going to take time for silence, breathing, a vigil, and prayer time. Wherever you are when you get this take time for silence and begin to do our "Be Stills" and breathing exercises.
Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know that I am.
Be still and know.
Be still.
Be.
Let us be and as we breathe in we remind ourselves of when God breathed live in us and all creation into being.
We breathe out to cleanse and heal our lungs and souls from all the bad stuff in our bodies, minds, and spirits.
We repeat as needed.
As we get settled in. Let us prepare for this evening's prayer vigil.
