Happy Friday or Early Saturday ! Let God Draw you in!

Dear Family of Love,

I hope everyone is well ! I know that this is late but I wanted to  take time to write a little something to you  before you rest or wake up. Today I had extra hydration and then I had the wonderful opportunity to see the final performance of 36 Views at the Severson Theater at Allan Hancock College where the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts (P.C.P.A.) is located. Tonight's performance took place in a Black Box theater setting which had an intimate feel and I was about 4 feet away from the acting space. This theater doesn't have the traditional staging. Being so close to the actors drew you into to the play itself. This drawing in is not unlike what God is doing in our lives each day. God draws us in as easily as we live, move or just be and also whenever our hearts beat and we breathe. Sometimes we aren't aware that God is doing this but I think once we tune in and feel God's presence and love encircling us we will be well on our way to being truly family, truly loved, and truly accepted as the beautifully created and unique children that God the Creator made. Remember God breaks each mold and we are each made in God's image and likeness like no other person now, before, or since. Let us take time to begin our weekend preparation of winding down and having a time of Self-care and Sabbath Care. Don't forget we place our worries, fears, and whatever else is troubling us into the Worry/Sabbath box  tonight and we don't open until Monday Sunset. This weekend let God draw you in!

Tonight's meditation music is this; Ralph Vaughan Williams - Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis

Koto Music Mix

Gracious and loving God we pray for a peaceful rest this night and that we may awaken refreshed and renewed in the morning

We pray for the healing of your broken and fragile world. We pray for an end to violence and terror of any kind.

We pray for all of our vulnerable family members remembering those who have been abused and persecuted.

We pray for all who are ill and in need of healing of bodies minds, and spirits.

We pray that we may continue to knit a circle of love, justice, mercy and peace around each of us this night and that we may lovingly encircle our family members as God encircles us with God's love.

We pray for seasonable weather and that God's Cathedral of life may receive much needed rain in all the drought parched areas of the world and especially in California.

We pray for all who protect us from harm and all emergency rescue personnel.

We take these moments to pray and give thanks and lift up these our prayers in the most Holy Name of Jesus. Amen.

Good Night Dear Family of Love. I love you! Rest Gentle in God's encircling arms. Let God draw you in as you slumber and as you awaken to a new day. I give thanks to God for you this night and always.  Remember tomorrow is Self-Care Saturday.

With an ever encircling love,

Sara
