Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate What to do when you need Sabbath days and Days of Self-Care! Good for snow days too!

Dear Family of Love,

I hope everyone had a good day! I continue to be under the weather and hope to feel better tomorrow.  Sometimes we have to create Sabbath rest when we don't feel well and are afflicted with various viruses and stresses. How do we do this and not feel guilty because we are so routinized by various activities and must dos?  Here is my list of  suggestions!

As in the song from "Frozen" just "Let it Go"
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Give in to  your need for rest and self -care.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Ask for help.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Make a list of restaurants who deliver.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Rest and sleep!
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Drink lots of fluids.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Take all medications as directed:
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Keep your temperature in the house regulated.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Get cozy in your bed.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Limit TV viewing if it aggravates your eyes.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Keep the light's soft and subdued.
 Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Don't forget to eat!
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Fall in love with having time alone and getting rest.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Take your vitals.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

Get medical help if you should need it.
Pray,Rest,Hydrate, Meditate

All the above are perfectly acceptable to God and should be to you and your family members.

Tonight let us pray for all of our family members who are ill and in need of  care.
