Keeping the Faith Friday Fearlessly Without Fretting at Ripple Edge 12

Dear Family of Love,

Today I'm officially 1 year cancer free and I'm giving thanks to God for it and you! We find ourselves one week away from Good Friday and this is as good a time as any to begin concentrating with our relationships with God and each other. As we move ever nearer to the Triduum or 3 days before Easter we all need to take time to evaluate where we are in our relationships. We need to ask if they are healthy? Is there anything that we need to work on? We also need to take time to evaluate where we are and what the strength of our faith is. This is where Keeping the Faith Friday Fearlessly without Fretting comes in to play. When we have faith we shouldn't have fear! When we keep the faith we should always add the secret sauce that keeps us from being afraid and that is love. When I named the days that Walk With Me On Our Journey would be focused on we needed to have Friday set aside to get us out of having negative feelings about Friday and Good Friday. Fridays here at Walk With Me on Our Journey are the gateway days to the Sabbath. We all must take time to lay down our burdens, worries, anxieties, and anything else that separates us from God.  So tonight in preparation, we will pray using Ripple Edge 12 as our prayer focus: 12th ripple edge we pray for our relationships with God and Our Family Members.  Tonight I decided to give my legs a rest from walking the Whole Holy 3 so we will have repeat photos.

God we come to you this night asking forgiveness of any wrongs we have done in our relationship with you.
We pray to you O God.

We pray that as we prepare for Holy Week  we may draw ever more closely to you and to each other.
We pray to you O God.

God we ask for help in repairing relationships that have been estranged and harmed.
We pray to you O God.

We pray that any worry, anxious thought, and feelings of anger may be vanquished and that joy may come in the morning.
We pray to you O God.

God we ask that you will heal all those who are ill in body, mind, and spirit.
We pray to you O God.

We pray for all the least of these our family members tonight that they may be kept safe from harm and find proper shelter, food, and clothing.
We pray to you O God.

God we continue to pray for an end to violence, terror, injustice, and anything else that separates us from you God.
We pray to you O God.

We pray that we may use disappointments as energy to strive to make this fragile world a  better place.
We pray to you O God.

God we pray for peace in this your fragile and broken world and that we strive to be peacemakers and your beloved Children.
We pray to you O God.

We pray for all who mourn and those who are pre-grieving this night that they may find solace and comfort. May they feel you lovingly enfolding them in your arms.
We pray to you O God.

God as for peaceful and gentle transitions for those who are dying and a joyous welcome for those who have entered the Thin Places.
We pray to you O God.

We pray for a peaceful and restful night and that we may wake up with joyful hearts, ready to do your will.
We pray to you O God.

May We walk together on our journey with you O God!
We pray to you O Lord.

God we add our additional prayers and thanksgivings that we ourselves are adding and from our family members who have requested them especially________________________

With love, mercy, and contrite hearts we lift these our prayers and thanksgivings in the most Holy Name of Jesus. Amen.

Good Night Dear Ones! I love you ! Take time for more Keeping the Faith Friday Fearlessly Without Fretting and preparing for our Sabbath days. Don't forget to place all your worries, anxieties, mads, and anything else into the Worry/Sabbath box and leave them alone. This is preparation not separation time. Take time for self-care tomorrow on Self-Care Saturday! Do it after making palm crosses if you do that.

Peace, love, and prayers, and God's Blessings!

Sara
