Challenging our lungs, legs, and hearts! Taking care of ourselves requires Endurance, Faith,Courage, and Resiliency !

Good Evening Family of Love!

Tonight we had Prayer Walk #2 The big 5 mile Loop and this afternoon I did the Whole Holy# 3. This was very good because today is Take Care Tuesday. I'm finding that Taking care of ourselves and others require us to be acquainted with this week's key words: Endurance, Faith, Courage, and Resiliency. These two expanded prayer walks are challenging our lungs, legs, hearts, and yes even our levels of concentration. I feel at peace when I'm doing these walks and it helps me with the grieving and healing process I'm going through. I invite each of you to try to get out and walk each day. It might just be the trick that will cure what ails you in your bodies, minds, and spirits.  Tonight let's take time to do a virtual prayer walk with the  heart labyrinth and then have a time of prayer.
This virtual prayer walk we will use our mouse as if they were our feet, Take time to pray for all those concerns that make your heart tender and don't forget the joy's that make you glad and want to give thanks!  You  have a choice of the following labyrinths to do your virtual prayer walk.

In celebration of Earth Day we will have for tonight's listening and meditation music:
Missa Gaia -Earth Mass - Paul Winter

Gracious God we lift up in prayer this night  our bodies, minds, and spirits that hey may continue to be strong in endurance, faith, courage, and resiliency.

We pray for an end to violence in all its forms. We pray that peace may prevail upon earth.

We pray this night for all who teach and those who learn . We pray especially for all students who are being bullied and in need of support.

We pray for an end to the many attempts to discriminate against all individuals no matter who they are. Help our family members to know that to truly be your children we cannot and must not be divided but united.

We pray for all our family members who are the least of these that they may find safe and secure lodging, warm food, and protective clothing.

We pray for all refugees, victims of human trafficking, abuse, religious persecution and anything else that keeps our families from being safe from harm.

We pray for all who mourn that they may be comforted and that we may lovingly respond to their needs.

We pray for all who are ill that they may be healed of their various illnesses and if they are chronic may they learn to accept each day's limitations with grace and courage.

We pray for all who are dying and those who have died. We pray for peaceful and joyful transitions into the thin places.

We pray for all caregivers that whey may find respite for themselves and those whom they care for.

We pray for especially_____________________________
