Energy enough to go on two rounds of the Whole Holy #3! Yes that's right a total of 6.18 miles tonight!

Good Evening Dear Family of Love!

I must have been crazy or at least had more spiritual and physical energy to walk 2 prayer walks tonight! I separated them by 45 minutes and boy my body feels terrific. You never know what God puts your feet to sometimes. Lots to pray about and the need to feel the wonderful and beautiful evening breezes and see the Sun in all its different lights. I hope as we prepare for Self-Care Saturday and Sabbath Care Sunday on this Keeping the Faith Friday Fearlessly Without Fretting that we won't be afraid to push our physical, mental, and spiritual selves beyond our kin. God made us to be resilient beings with lots of gifts and and skills that have been undiscovered. So as we move more fully into Spring and on into Summer let us start by expanding our bodies, minds, and spirits to go outside the box and beyond our expected limits. Tonight let us spend time in silent prayer and meditation and don't forget that we have our time of placing our worries, fears, anxieties, and anything else into our Worry/Sabbath box and leave them there.  Take time to enjoy the photos from tonight's prayer walks and rest and pray. But first enjoy this piece by Leo Delibes - March and Procession of Bacchus it will give you a lift. Now, let us  begin doing our breathing exercises that will help us to go deeper into the center and listen for God's still small voice. Tonight's prayers are free-style or what ever is on our hearts and minds that is keeping us from being drawn ever more closely to God. Don't forget to add your thanksgivings! Very important!

Good Night Loved Ones! I Love you! Thank you for everything you did today to make this world brighter and loving place to live, move, and just be. Keep making the world more beautiful just by being you!

With Love and Blessings to the Brim and Overflowing!

Sara
