#AdventWord #Surprise - Hash Tags With Meaning ! : Day 10 of our Advent Adventure.

Dear Family of  Love and Pilgrims on our Journey,

Happy Take Care Tuesday! I hope everyone endeavored to do so. I did. Today is my 56th birthday and I had a blast. Today's #AdventWord is #Surprise. Today I felt like I was in a perpetual state of surprise. I was surprised that this year's birthday was filled with joy and laughter and a whole lot of love from quite a few family members whom  before today I hadn't met. I was surprised that I didn't have those achy feelings of grief I had last year. Today I was surprised by love and familyhood. Surprised by God and the family God chose for me. What surprised you about today? What surprised you about you and your reactions towards today's events. Remember the surprise can many of us used? We'd put our hand through the coffee can and pull something out or have our children do it?  What did you pull out of your surprise can today?  Tonight let us be surprised by God as we meditate and pray.

Today's #AdventWord  picture for the keyword #Surprise is this! Do you think that the Annunciation was surprise for Mary?

Today's #AdventWord is #Surprise, What is on tomorrow's list___________________?

Now let us take time to prayerfully consider the above questions. Here is our musical selection to meditate with:  ? Symphony .

Let us light a candle and be at prayer!

God of love who makes us family we pray for:

For love in our heart homes and peace of spirit.

Those who are homeless, hungry, ill clad as they spend another night in the cold.

For shelters to meet the needs of the least of these.

Nigeria and an end to all the massacres committed by the Boko Haram, ISIS, and all terror oriented organizations.

Paris, Colorado Springs, and San Bernardino as they seek to find healing.

For an end to terror and violence of all kinds

For peace in the world and in our hearts.

For our most vulnerable family members.

For social service agencies who struggle to survive.

For all faith communities that they may find shared purpose and be united in love and seek to find common ground.

For all those who protect and serve us and keep us safe from harm.

For our family members who are in need of healing.

For safety in all aspects of our daily living.

For those who travel.

For all agencies that serve and help children, women, the elderly, and those with mental and memory related illnesses.

For all students and  teachers.

For our family members who are refugees.

For those who are facing difficult times.

For all caregivers.

For all who grieve.

For these and our additional prayers, thanksgivings, remembrances, and celebrations we pray these our prayers in the most holy name of Jesus. Amen.

+++++++

Good Night Dear Ones! I love you and hope you are surprised daily by something that is  meaningful and joy filled. Have a blessed rest tonight and awaken with love, hope, joy, and peace in your hearts tomorrow.

With love, joy, hope, and peace,

Sara
