Bull Canyon Run/Walk Eve! A funny title for a spiritual blog isn't it? Our journey continues.............!

Dear Family of  Love!

Happy Keeping the Faith Friday Fearlessly Without Fretting! Boy that week went fast! Tonight is Bull Canyon Run/Walk Eve! Early tomorrow morning I will be walking in the 5k walk in the Bull Canyon Run/ Walk. Trying a few different things to keep our prayer walking feet motivated fitness wise. I suggest that everyone give walks and runs a try. I like the the name of the run because spiritually and physically we all must be strong like bulls in both camps at the same time. All of us need to find the courage to be people of faith even when it wavers. Being a person of faith doesn't come easy and neither should it. It takes courage, endurance, a willingness to believe in something or someone greater than yourself, and patience to allow faith to grow at whatever pace God has put into the programming. It is very much like our next leg of Walk With Me On Our Journey which begins today. Our journey continues in faith, on foot, and into the future fearlessly without fretting. So tonight let us take time to first listen to this: We Make the Road By Walking- Brian McLaren

Now let us take time for a bit of personal meditation that is of your very own making. Remember to create your meditation environment, breathe, and  go deep into the center. Decide on your time, your pace, and how you'd like to do it.

What's next? More music and a little bit more time for listening to what is being sung.
