Praying, preparing, and meditating peacefully! That's what's on the menu for Take Care Tuesday!

Good Evening Dear Family of Love!

Happy Take Care Tuesday! I hope all is well with everyone! I am now slowly back on the Whole Holy #3 mile walks and my ankle is feeling much better. This week we need to be solidly at prayer for the People of Texas and all other parts of our country that are being deluged with rain and severe weather. That leads me to tonight's topic, wherever we live we need to begin our own emergency preparations just in case: So tonight let us begin to get a handle on a few things and we will add more to the list as we go along the way. " Here is a where are?" list for us to ponder and wrap our heads around,

Where are__________ ( in no particular order)

The flashlights
Batteries
Water
Food stuffs.
Fire wood if you have a fireplace.
General hardware tool kits!
Sandbags available.
Important documents! I'm thinking of scanning and putting them on a flash drive and putting them on a key ring. Household inventory!
Important pictures you want to keep.
Medical information
Advanced directives and funeral information.
If you have only a cell phone where is the nearest landline just in case?

This is tonight's tip of the day!

Tonight let us take time to meditate and go to the center and un-clutter our minds by just being relaxed and at peace by listening to this work by James Hood: Ceremony Album Selections  and follow these steps:

Breathe in The Holy Spirit
Exhale Love
Breathe in the Holy Spirit
Exhale Love
Breathe in the Holy Spirit
Close your eyes and keep breathing deeply as you listen to the rest of this musical piece.
After you complete this unwind your mind and see how you feel. If you need to go longer do so.
Now let us meditate upon these words.  Please select one or try them all!

Now let us take time to pray to the loving and merciful God who made us and speaks to us gently and lovingly to our hearts, minds, and spirits every minute that we live, move, and just be!

God speak to our troubled minds and spirits as we prepare for our night's rest. We pray that we may take time to rest and pray more fully and in the knowledge that you are holding us and our family members in your arms that are loving and merciful.

God  we pray for peace in our hearts, minds, bodies, spirits, and this world that you have created. We pray especially for unity where there is deep division. We pray that we may become truly peacemakers and learn what it is to make peace at all levels of our being.

God we pray for all of our family members who are ill in body, mind, and spirit that they may be healed. We remember this day_____________________

God we pray for all of our family members who have died and are transitioning into new lives in the Thin Places and Eternal Life and Joy.

God we pray for all who are struggling to find meaning and new life paths by life's wrinkly twists and turns.

God we pray for all who are being affected by severe weather remembering especially the people of Texas and all other places in our nation and throughout the world.

God we pray for all refugees, captives, victims of violence and abuse, and terror.

God we pray that we may love, include, and never treat anyone as invisible and give everyone a sense of belonging.

God of all Goodness we lift up these our prayers in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

+++++++

Good Nigh Loved Ones! I love you! You matter! I give God thanks for you always!

Peace, love, prayers, and God's blessings be upon you this night and always!
