Oh what a night! A short blog to check in!

Dear Family of Love!

Happy Self-Care Saturday! Oh what a night! I attended the Mayor's Ball to benefit the United Way and the literacy program in the schools. It was held at the Santa Maria Country Club and I got to gaze upon the area where we scattered Dad's ashes. I felt at peace that was an amazing feeling. Lots of people wanted to have their picture taken with me.  I met a lot of new people and I did get to dance a few dances and get in on the fun. I hope today you all had time to get in on the fun and enjoy yourselves and take care of you! I did just that along with getting accessories for tonight. Tonight we are keeping this blog short because I keep falling asleep writing. You will get to see a pictures too. So let us unwind and be at prayer!

Gracious Spirit,  we pray that we may be united one to another and that we may be truly the loving family and have kinship in God, God's Cathedral of Life, and Each other.

Gracious Spirit, we pray that we may practice loving  conservation of God's Cathedral of Life, Mother Earth, and Gaia.

Gracious Spirit , take away from us all hate and anything that is holding us back from loving, serving, and serving each other.

Gracious Spirit, give us the courage to speak up for justice, mercy, and peace.

Gracious Spirit we pray this night for all those who have been affected by genocide and who have been taken and driven away from their  homelands. We pray especially for all the world's refugees.

Gracious Spirit,we pray for the healing of all our family members wherever they are that they may be relieved and comforted.

Gracious Spirit, enfold all those who have entered the Thin Places. May we comfort all those who mourn.

Gracious Spirit, challenge us to do our best  in all that we do.We pray that we may answer God's call to serve and do the ministries that God calls us to do.

Gracious 'Spirit give us a reverence for all  things.

Gracious Spirit may we acknowledge our interdependence upon one another.

Gracious Spirit we give thanks for all faith communities throughout the world knowing that God lovingly created them and that they are good and that God is the God of all and not some.

Gracious Spirit, we pray especially for_______________________

Gracious Spirit we lay down all our worries, anxieties, and fears in the arms of God and  take our rest.

Gracious Spirit, we lift up these our prayer in the Name of Jesus the Christ. Amen.
