Prayer Walking and enjoying a touch of the marine layer

Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on Our Journey,

I love living in Santa Maria even when we have our famous marine layer. Sometimes it makes me sleepy but,God does provide us with wonderful vistas Tonight's photos show how beautiful it can be, to be out in God's Cathedral of Life and being at prayer. Here are tonight's pix! Let us pray as we see each photo and you may also pray your own prayers as well. 

 God of all creation we pray for safety on our nightly pilgrimage: We pray especially for all those who are traveling, and that all those who drive will drive responsively and alert. 

 We pray for all our family members and neighbors who are nearby, stranger, or enemy. Help us to be loving and forgiving. 

 God we remember all those who have had surgery today and are recovering from surgery. We give thanks for all medical professionals and technology that make recoveries smoother and a return to health possible.

We pray for peace in the world and remember our Family Members who are in danger in all areas of political unrest and inequality.  We pray for an outpouring of peace, love, joy, and hope.

 We pray for an end to violence, abuse, and  that those who commit these acts may be brought to justice and that their hearts may be softened and realigned to practice peace in their words, deeds, and inwardly in their  souls.

 We pray that we may lay down our burdens as the Sun sets and that we may rest peacefully and with minds that are un-wound.

 We pray for all those who have requested prayers from us remembering especially_________________

 We pray that as we reflect on the day past that we may ask forgiveness of all our sins and offenses and that we may have a change of heart and mind. 

 We pray for all those who are discerning vocations to ordained ministry and those seeking employment and direction for new life paths.

 We pray for__________________

We  celebrate this day for___________________

We remember those who have died especially ________________ and those who continue to grieve.

 We pray for all those who are lonely, lost, homeless, hungry and who feel invisible. We pray for all those who are seeking acceptance an the courage to live authentically as the beautiful Children that God Created them to be.

 We pray for  the the agencies that help our family members live independently especially_______________ and all social service agencies.

 We pray that we may continue to Walk with you O God on the journey you have set before us each day and pray continually for those who haven't anyone to pray for them. 

God we pray and give thanks that we are safely home and lay all our prayers in your arms this day and always. We lift these prayers, thanksgivings,remembrances, and celebrations to you Lord Jesus Amen.
