Too hot to walk and just right to pray!

Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on Our Journey!

It was too hot for us to walk this evening and so we will pray in place. Today was one of busy-ness and looking forward. Yes today was the day I learned about the drugs I will be getting for my chemotherapy! 4 in all every two weeks. 5FU, Leucovorin, Eloxitan, and Zofran are my Can the Cancer once and for all team of drugs! They sound like Space Aliens don't they? I know that they are really made by wonderful people that God called to help us fight and win this disease. I put my faith first and foremost in God and know that God will take care of all the rest. Dad has been moved to the medical-surgical ward or the 4th floor today after being in the critical care unit. Please continue to pray for him. Let us pray in place.

God we pray for all those who are fighting wild fires of any kind and any where especially in Lompoc.

We pray for all those who have lost loved ones this day and during the past week. Comfort those who mourn and may we be comforts and sources of support for them.

We continue to pray for our family members who are ill and in the hospital. May they receive healing care brought tho them by healing hands of the healers.

We pray for our Sisters the Girls in Nigeria who were kidnapped and all of our family members who are victims of human trafficking.

We pray for all war torn countries and all places where there is political unrest, inequality, and injustice. May Justice roll down. Let us remember to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with you O God.

We pray for all of our family members who are struggling, alone, homeless, hungry and feeling as though they are on the margins and not accepted.

We pray and give thanks for gifts that come unexpectedly.

We give thanks for those in research who are finding necessary cures and treatments for Alzheimer's, Cancer, Hidredenitis Suppurativa, Huntington's disease and all other autoimmune and orphan diseases.

We Pray this night for _____________________________

We Celebrate this day_______________________________

We remember all those who are residing in the Thin Places and give thanks to you O God for their presence here among us while they lived, moved, and had their being and we celebrate their being  as a new creation in the Thin Places with you.

We give thanks for life's challenges that show us that we are stronger than we ever thought we would be or could be.

We give thanks for the gift of tears and the healing and cleansing properties they bring!

God may we feel our steps quickened, spirits enlivened, our hearts tenderized, expanded, and your Water of Life coursing through our veins and hydrating us with energy to do your will in service, love, and joy in your Cathedral of Life and in our Family of God.

We lift up these prayers to you O God who is our Mother and Father, Redeemer, and Holy Comforter. Amen.

That's all for tonight dear ones! I love you and hope that you have been takng care on Take Care Tuesday!
