We're back on the prayer walking trail and so much more!

Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on Our Journey,

We were back on the prayer walking trail tonight and there was so much more to it than that. Here's why, prayer walking has become such an integral part of our lives that we some times take it for granted that it will always be done. I remember two years ago and even last year when my legs were out of shape and then God urged me to get back to taking care of fitness! I'm very glad that I did because we wouldn't be having this time together and you and I wouldn't be getting fed spiritually and physically. I'm very grateful to God for bringing us together each and almost every day to pray, remember, give thanks, and celebrate and WALK.
These walks aren't the usual Woodhouse Way, Walkies, these are nightly pilgrimages that are set on a journey with God and To God for Good. As we walk this pilgrim journey in the coming months let us remember that it is not the length of the walk but the intentionality and dialed in focus of the prayers and the holy steps that we take.

Let us pray and take time to breathe and prepare for tomorrow's Sabbath rest.

God be with the people of Africa who reside in dangerous places where there isn't any peace and lives are lost and injustice and religious persecution are the rule of the day. We pray for Sudan, South Sudan, the kidnapped girls in Nigeria and all others who are in danger.

We pray for the people who are still struggling with the wild fires in all parts of our country. We pray for the responders and all those who make us safe.

We pray for solutions to Global Warming and Climate Change. May we learn to conserve in order to protect all life in Your Cathedral of Life.

We pray for all of our family members who are receiving care in the hospital and extended care facilities.

We pray for all mothers, children , and animals, and the most vulnerable in society.

We pray this day for all those who will be graduating from all levels of education. May they find fulfilling work and never lose their quest for learning new things and education.

We pray for all those who travel and especially those who need to travel at night and in the wee small hours. We pray for safety at all times and in all places.

We give thanks to you God for our many blessings and the many opportunities to serve you and love others as you love us.

God we offer our prayers, remembrances, thanksgivings, and celebrations to you O God and may we continue to walk with you on our journey. We pray this In the Name of Your Son Jesus. Amen.

Good Night Dear Ones! I love you and I hope you all had time for Self-Care Saturday and so much more!
See you tomorrow on our Sabbath Day and time of resting and being with God.

Love, blessings, prayers, peace, and joy be always yours,

Sara
