Giving ourselves permission to change our routine and go deeper.

Good Evening Family of Love!

I hope that everyone is having a good day and that you all had a Wonderful and Wonder-filled Wednesday Today I decided to take rest time for my feet and I'm glad that I did. An occasional rest time from the usual workout and prayer walking  routine is necessary. This is a good time for a midweek Sabbath rest. We all need time to unwind and press the reset button. Just because I write a daily blog and do an almost daily prayer walk doesn't  make me immune from giving myself permission to take rest. I even feel the better for it. Tonight we are going to go deeper and seek God and seek what our bodies, minds, and spirits need.  Let's begin to give ourselves permission to change our routine tonight and go deeper. First let us enter into prayer and then meditate.

God we pray that as we enter into your presence tonight we may remember to "Be still and know that you are God"

God we pray that as we ask ourselves permission to let go and let You in to our lives this  night we might be able to feel the loving freedom only you can give.

God we pray that we may let go of all our burdens, anxieties, and worries. and lay them at your feet.

God we pray that as we go deeper we may entrust all of our loved ones who are ill, grieving, and going through many struggles to you so that we may not have to worry.

God we pray for peace in this world and in our hearts.

God take us deeper this evening as we spend time with you in peace and quiet minds.

God we pray for______________________________

God we pray these our prayers in the Name of your Son Jesus. Amen.

Let us begin.

Let us breathe in God's Love
Let us breathe out God's Love

Let us breathe in God's Love
Let us breathe out God's Love

Let us breathe in God's Love
Let us breathe out God's Love

Let us sit back and listen  to this piece of music and then go deeper:

Gandhi Soundtrack  or a favorite meditative piece of your own choosing.

Let us close our eyes.  Let us imagine our bodies, minds, and spirits journeying to see God. Let us imagine what that might look like and feel like. Stay in God's presence for as long as you like.

++++++++++++++++

Good Night dear ones! Have a restful and peaceful sleep! I love you! I give God thanks for you this night and always. Remember tomorrow is Being Thoughtful and Thankful Thursday.

May peace and love be always yours,

Sara
