This week let's talk health and wellness of our bodies, minds, and spirits. Tonight: The Walk With Me On Our Journey Mindfulness Exercises
Dear Family of Love,
How are you dear ones? How did you spend your You Matter Monday? I hope you all are doing well and that you spent your You Matter Monday feeling good about yourselves and that you are taking time to be good and taking care of yourselves. We all need to do this every day and not just on You Matter Monday. This week's challenge is devoted ti health and wellness of our bodies, minds, and spirits. To start the week off right we need to be intentional about our spiritual selves and making sure that they are well. Spiritual wellness is making sure that we all have regular conversations and times with God that are in silence or with soothing mindfulness music. These times we need to have ears that are tuned into God's voice and presence. It's not always easy but if we start by going deeper little by little we will be well on our way to have better relationships and times meditating. Tonight we are going to go back and do the old Walk With Me On Our Journey Mindfulness exercises. It is simply this we start with our breathing exercises using this format:
Inhale the Holy Spirit.
Exhale Love.
Inhale the Holy Spirit
Exhale Love
Inhale the Holy Spirit
Exhale Love
Now repeat the following 3 times;
Be Still and Know That I am God.
Be Still and Know

Be
Now get out some kind of timer, mindfulness app, or music and set them for 5 minutes. Then close your eyes and be silent. If the music goes long don't worry that will lead you into our time of prayer and thanksgiving.

God we pray that as we enter this week devoted to the health and wellness of our bodies, minds, and spirits that we may never forget that you lovingly made us in your image and likeness.
God we pray for healthy spirits that are in tune with you by going deeper and by listening with with ears of our hearts. May we strive to listen more fully and feel your presence enfolding and empowering us to Walk With You On Our Journey.
God we pray that every city and every town may be afforded good physical and mental health care.
God we pray for healthy bodies that will be made strong by clean water and nourishing food.
God we pray for healthy nations that will stop all war and terror and that all their citizens may life in peace and harmony with each other.
God we pray for healthy cities and towns that will be made whole without racial tension and an end to gun violence. We pray for better relationships between people of color and law enforcement.
God we pray for healthy understanding among all peoples of the earth and that we my find common ground and acceptance.
God we pray for healthy bodies for those who are struggling with any kind of illness (Acute, Chronic, and Mental) We pray this day for___________________
God we pray for all who are grieving that they may grieve healthily and not skip steps.
God we pray this night for anything that is on our hearts and in our heart homes______________
Accept these our prayers in the Holy Name of Jesus. Amen.

Good Night Dear Ones! I love you ! May you find rest for your bodies, minds, and spirits this night and always.Tomorrow is Take Care Tuesday and we will focus on the care of our bodies. Don't forget to eat and be well hydrated. I give God thanks for you always.
