Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on our Journey,
Today I had the privilege of attending a celebration of life of a DOK Sister that I didn't know well but a remarkable person none the less.That got me to thinking a lot about celebrating our lives while we are still living and not waiting until we are taking up space in some urn, casket, or being scattered to our final resting place. So my dear family we are going to have a celebration tonight ! We are celebrating God's goodness, You, and life while we are still living! Remember everyone is invited and no one gets to be excluded. No guest list needed.
First we need to get our party hats on!

Now we need to imagine the place we are having it! I'm choosing the Madonna Inn or Mission Inn

The food is prepared! You can imagine the most wonderful banquet with a variety of goodies from which to choose! There is plenty for everyone and enough to take to the shelters afterwards. No one is going to be hungry or homeless tonight. Remember everyone is invited! There are no bouncers tonight.
You don't have to worry about what you are to wear. What you have on is just fine.
Now we have to have some music that will do! Just a few celebratory tunes!

Now we are having a good time! I hear it is time for a toast! So here it goes!
Tonight we celebrate God's goodness to us and Give thanks to God For God, we celebrate all of you our dear family of love and pilgrims on our journey for no reason, just because you are the uniquely made children of God who were made in God's image and likeness, and also for the gift of our lives and the presence of each other our lives together on our journey. May we raise our glasses to God, you, and our precious lives here in God's Cathedral of life! Remember that our glasses are never half empty always half full.

We will be partying on until you all have had enough! Remember tonight and always to Celebrate God's Goodness and God Too!, You and all of us who are family, and to life and living!
