Dear Family of Love and Pilgrims on Our Journey!
Sometimes you never know what God is going to show us on our walks. Tonight we had quite a few prayer requests, many of them having to do with the extreme Winter storms hitting parts of the country. Here in Santa Maria we are having mild weather in comparison and the peaceful protest down at City Hall tonight would not have been possible. Tonight there was a peaceful protest down at City Hall regarding a proposed ICE ( Immigration Customs and Enforcement) office in town. There were over 200 + family members in attendance. I stopped by and took it all in and prayed for all concerned here are a few of the photos!
It was wonderful to see and feel the Spirit of God and the energy each and every family member old and young alike were conveying tonight. We are blessed to live in this country where this is possible. We are all God's children and there isn't any negative label on us and we are all one and good in the eyes of the most awesome creator. We are loved, we are upheld daily in God's arms and given both roots and wings to soar into a wonderful future of possibility. No one should be deprived of these opportunities where ever they live. When I saw all of our family members I could see Christ in each and every one of them.
