Tonight we pray in place for the Family of God and for Peace in the World.

Dear Family Of Love and Pilgrims on Our Journey,

Tonight I have one of my headaches and I have to honor my body and what God is telling me to do today!
Tonight we pray in place and there will be a link to the video of the MLK service I had the privilege attending last weekend at the Cathedral Center of St. Paul.

Let us now pray in place for the Family of God and for Peace in the World

We pray for all of our family members throughout the world. Remembering to pray for our enemies who are also our family members. We pray for peace, justice, mercy, and freedom in all the corners of the Earth.

We pray for all of our family members who live in all strife and war torn areas of the world especially Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and South Sudan.

We pray for compassionate immigration reform for all our brothers and sisters.

We pray for the homeless, hungry, and all the poor among us. Remembering especially those who have lost their unemployment benefits and food stamps.

We pray for an end to hate crimes, bullying, abusive relationships and all actions that harm the Children and Family of God.

We pray for all those who are feeling lonely, lost, and abandoned. We pray that every day we may see Christ in each face that we see.

We pray for all living things and to be good stewards of God's Cathedral of Life. We especially pray for an end to animal abuse.

We continue to pray for all those who are affected by severe weather in the Northeast  and we also pray for much needed rain in drought affected states especially California.

We pray for those who are discerning vocations and new life paths and those who are seeking direction in their lives.

We continue to pray for an end to all the school shootings especially Purdue and Kansas State. We pray for sensible gun laws and early detection of mental illness.

We pray for everyone who is ill and those who have had surgery. We remember those who live with chronic illness and pain.

We pray for research for orphan and rare diseases.

We pray for all those who have asked for our prayers and that we still were able to carry them in our hearts and direct them heavenwards to you O Lord as we prayed in place this evening.

Dear Lord we thank you for this time of praying in place and know that you are always with us and acting on our prayer requests in your time not ours. Help us to have patience and calm spirits as we wait.

Dear Lord continue to enliven our spirits, quicken our steps, expand and tenderize our hearts, and may we feel the Water of Life coursing through our veins. All this we ask in the name of God who is hope, peace, joy, and love. Amen.
