Time to Celebrate and Give Thanks!

Good Evening Loved Ones on Our Journey!

A few hours ago we celebrated 2500 page views! Yes 2500! It is time celebrate and give thanks! When we started this journey together I hadn't any idea how far our journey would take us. It has taken us on a journey of prayer, thanksgiving, love, gratitude, joy, and courage. I give thanks to God for you and want you to know that your trust and willingness to take this journey with me is both humbling and touches me deeply at the heart and spirit level. Part of wellness is finding balance of body, mind, and spirit. All three of these make up each one of us. The prayers, the walk, and the blog each represent the care of each. : The prayers are the spirit, The Walk represents care for the body, and the Blog the care for the mind. What can you do for your body, mind, and spirit? I have found that fun, whimsy, and adventure also add to self care and wellness. No ifs, ans, or buts about it! When was that last time you as an adult ran through the sprinklers, drank water from a garden hose, and yes even ran the bases at  a baseball field with abandon unleashed, the list of fun opportunities are endless. My trips on the road are times for fun and adventure. I'm not afraid either. Courage will become more and more important as we travel on this journey because, we will be challenged to keep well due to the approaching holidays and family gatherings that often due put stress on all of us. For those of us who continue to grieve that loss of loved ones or having a change in one's life's circumstances, living life is much more challenging during this time of year.  That is why being family together is so very important. Remember You matter to God, You matter to me,  do you matter to you? I love you all very much and count you as family and give thanks to God for you always. Have a blessed and peaceful night and let's celebrate by staying well!

Love and peace of mind and deep gratitude!

Sara
